    Founded in 2014, Shieldz Property Management Ltd. is a proudly Saskatchewan-owned and operated full-service residential and commercial property management company. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, our team is passionate about delivering high-quality rental management services throughout the City of Saskatoon.

    Alicia Shields – Founding Partner & Licensed Property Manager

    Alicia is a founding member of Shieldz Property Management and a licensed property manager with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. With over 16 years of hands-on experience in residential property management, she brings a deep understanding of both multi-family and single-family rental operations. Her expertise lies in building administration, residential tenancy regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Alicia has developed a strong reputation for navigating the complexities of rental management with efficiency and care.

    Outside of work, Alicia is a seasoned camper who enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling. She's also a proud mother of four active children and has been happily married for 15 years.

    Maryanne Zuzak – Founding Partner & Licensed Property Manager

    Maryanne is a founding member of Shieldz Property Management and a licensed property manager through the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. With over 20 years of experience gained through managing both her own and others’ properties, she offers comprehensive knowledge across all areas of property management. Her expertise lies in property maintenance and renovations, where she excels at troubleshooting and solving problems with a practical, safety-focused approach that prioritizes long-term value and tenant satisfaction.

    Maryanne is known for her keen attention to detail and her ability to adapt quickly to challenges, making her a reliable and resourceful professional in the field.

    In her spare time, Maryanne enjoys creative woodworking and repurposing projects, as well as biking, hiking, and traveling. She’s also an animal lover and recently welcomed a rescue cat named “Cookie” into her home.

    Jasmine Eley – Maintenance Technician

    Jasmine joined Shieldz Property Management in July 2022, bringing with her over 20 years of carpentry experience and more than 5 years in residential maintenance. She earned her Red Seal certification in carpentry five years ago, a testament to her skill and dedication to the trade.

    Throughout her career, Jasmine has served clients both as an independent contractor and within residential property management portfolios. Her deep knowledge of carpentry and building systems plays a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the properties we manage. Tenants and property owners alike benefit from her reliable, detail-oriented approach to residential maintenance.
