    Shieldz Property Management LTD, founded in 2014, is 100% Saskatchewan owned and operated, full-service residential/commercial property management team with a collective 30+ years in the industry and a passion for rental management servicing the City of Saskatoon.

    Our professional and personalized approach makes us unique in the industry.  Our high standards valuing integrity, responsiveness and accountability direct the way we conduct business. We have grown to be a trusted team of Rental Management specialists for our  longstanding and loyal customer base. 

    We are property investors too! We know the importance of high quality management. Our fine tuned approach to tenant acquisition and extensive knowledge of investment property maintenance and administration is key to achieving a well maintained and productive real estate investment.

    We offer all aspects of property management, including but not limited to: tenant acquisition, tenant retention, rent collection and deposit to owners’ bank account, mediation, maintenance, renovation and project management.  We specialize in the management of single-family homes, basement suites, duplexes, townhouses, tri/fourplexes, multi-family and condominium/townhouse management in the City of Saskatoon.

    Alicia is a founding member of Shieldz Property Management and is a licensed property manager through the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. She has worked actively in the field of residential property management for 16 years. Alicia's experience with multi family and single family management has allowed her to gain a vast knowledge of the intricacies of rental management with a specialty in building administration, residential tenancies and customer service.

    Alicia considers herself a seasoned camper who in her spare time enjoys kayaking, hiking and traveling. She is a mom to 4 active children and happily married for 15 years.

    Maryanne is a founding member of Shieldz Property Management and is a licensed property manager through the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. She offers over 20 years of experience in all aspects of property management through management of her own properties. Maryanne’s specialty is in property maintenance and renovations. Maryanne is an excellent trouble shooter and takes pride in her attentive and adaptive problem solving skills while keeping safety, satisfaction and value in mind.

    Maryanne enjoys all sorts of interesting hobby woodwork/repurposing projects, biking, hiking and travel. She is a cat-lover and has a pet cat “Cookie” she recently adopted.

  • Jasmine Eley-Maintenance Technician

    Jasmine joined Shieldz Property Management in July of 2022 as a maintenance technician. She has worked in residential maintenance for 5+ years and carpentry for over 20 years. 5 years ago she completed her education to obtain Red Seal status in carpentry.  She has worked to serve clients both as an independent contractor and within residential management portfolio's. Jasmine's extensive knowledge of carpentry and residential maintenance helps to ensure our clients and tenants can rely on well maintained and managed property.
